Cosmos/Light is the Integral Circuit — consciousness and awareness. Where Chaos/Spirit is the source, Cosmos/Light is the first act of perception: consciousness becoming aware of itself and of what is. This is not analytical mind — that comes later at Noos/Mind. This is raw perception, the ability to see what is actually there rather than what the Egoform filters into awareness. In the descending cascade, Inspiration arrives at this level — the chronon crossing delivers its signal into consciousness first, before Will or Mind have a chance to interpret or filter it. The Third Eye circuit: the capacity to perceive truth directly.
Light organizing into Will — consciousness becoming directed. The felt pull toward something specific that is genuinely distinct from compulsion or Egoform-driven habit. Genuine motivation arises here when Cosmos/Light is flowing freely into Ethos/Will.
